Independent Inspections provide you with an Independent Fire Audit.   As we are not related to the Fire Service Provider, we can assure you are being tested against the National Safety Standards for Fire and Safety.  It will keep your service providers honest!

Here is a example of a building where the Fire Sprinklers Alarm had been isolated for over 6 months and the batteries were flat in the Emergency Generator for over 3 weeks. Not to Mention the Phone not working on one level for the same period. 

The Building was less than 5 years old, this causes a concern for other buildings and what other issues will be uncovered in the Fire Audits. 

If the Fire Service did a check on the Building, they would be looking at a $20,000 on the spot fine. 

We also can Provide Fire Evacuation Plans and Drawings, as we have our own Draftsman.
