Independent Inspections can provide you with an Independent Fire Audit that is conducted and referanced to the Australian Standard 2293, 4655 and 1851, just to mention a few. 

As we are not related to the Fire Service Provider, we can assure you are being tested against the National Safety Standards for Fire and Safety.

Here is a example of a building where the Fire Sprinklers Alarm had been isolated for over 6 months and the batteries were flat in the Emergency Generator for over 3 weeks. Not to Mention the Phone not working on one level for the same period. 

The Building was less than 5 years old, this causes a concern for other buildings and what other issues will be uncovered in the Fire Audits. 

If the Fire Service did a check on the Building, they would be looking at a $20,000 on the spot fine.
