Senior Staff Profile: Peter Greenham
Peter has experience over a number of fields with over 8 years in the Body Corporate and Strata
Industry, 10 years in the Extractive Industry as Laboratory and Quality Assurance Manager for a Quarry that
produced over 1,000,000 Tonnes Per Annum with Zero Defects from the Main Road Department.
Peter's background lies predominately in the construction industry where he spent almost 2 decades working on a
range of projects such as Quality Control for The Gateway Arterial, Brisbane Airport, Site Inspector for Road
Testing Authority, Varoius Hunter Valley Coal Mines, Cost Engineering and Control for South East Freeway
Transit Lane, and the Port of Brisbane Terminals.

James Greenham
James Brings with him a background of a Electrical Engineer with over 20 Years Experience with National
Instrument Company Laborarory as well as working on Marine Navagational Equipment and designing and building solar
panel heating in the early 80's.
Trevor Greenham
Trevor Brings with him a Electronics background with AWA and Qantas. Trevor is our Business Development Manager
based in Sunbury Victoria.
Anna Greenham
Anna is our Office Co-Ordinator, managing our team to deliver Customer Service with the help of our
Professional Inspectors to provide information and feedback. Anna's commitment to our clients is her
number one priority, to ensure your satisfaction.
Anna's Background has experience as a manager of a Boutique Hair Salon for a number of years.
Kosta Greenham
Kosta Greenham is in charge of Printing and Collating Reports for Despatch.
George Greenham
George Greenham is in charge of Despatch and Delivery of Reports.
Gary Dowling
Gary Dowling joined our Group as Accounts Manager. Gary has implemented the revised accounting
system and intergrated the quoting with the Customer Manager, in job tracking as well as the Independent
Property Portfolio Management System.
Sydney Lue
Sydney Lue Has recently joined our Group as Sales and Marketing. Sydney was prevoius role a Contract
Administrator for a major Brisbane Tunnel Project.
Sydney has a proven track record for providing detail in the review of property projects and locations in
the implmentation of the new management system.
Sydney is currently enjoying his role and is taking on a new level of responsibility and engages with the
clients in their issues with buildings currently under management, with a smile.

Anthony Villoi
Anthony Villoi works out of our Melbourne Offices in St Kilda where he oversees the Energy Management
Division. Anthony holds a qualification as a level 2 auditor with the Austalian Orginisation for Quality
(Queensland). Anthony Conducts energy audits as well as provides power supply solutions for servers and other
electricial equipment.
Andrew
Andrew, who has building experience, is our Adelaide and Darwin
Coordinator, running both locations in his travels on building locations and
venues.
Mike
Mike is our Perth Co-ordinator, who has been involved in the Insurance Assesment process for over 15 Years.
In that time he has seen some dramatic events with a large amount of property damaged in the storm events over the
last decade.
Gordon
Gordon is a Chemical and Environmental Engineer conducting research and development, with a gas and processing
plant, as well as the Carbon Capture and Storage fields.
