work you do but find ways that the work you do can be improved. We can audit your business to ensure the
correct audit control procedures are in place.
ISO 9000 (Quality) , ISO 14000 (Environmental) and AS4804 (Safety) Quality Assurance Requirements
Quality Assurance is a system where there is a structure of monitoring operations at a number of levels to
international standards. By benchmarking the company’s activities, through auditing and key performance indicators,
a business can operate effectively and reduce its impact of defects or non-conformance to procedures and
regulations. This can be used as a risk management tool and also can reduce your insurance premiums up to 10
percent, as there is a clause in the disclosure statement, to see if there is a system in place.
Businesses with Quality Assurance Systems are identified as preferred suppliers to Companies and Government
Departments over businesses without systems in place.
Quality System Documentation
Quality Assurance Documentation of the Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System is contained in the
following:
The Quality, Safety and Environmental Manual (System Manual) outlines the principles and objectives which are
common to all company activities and describes the system elements which cover the activities of management
operation and reference other control documents. The System Manual is the primary key to the overall
direction of the management system, and provides secondary (guide) references to operational documentation.

Our Quality audits cover many different aspects of your business. A quality audit can include many of our
smaller audits such as a Safety Report, Environmental sustainability report and our
new Corporate Social Responsibilities Validation. Our Quality audit also has 3 levels of intensity.
