Swimming Pool Registration and Certificate of Compliance

All Swimming Pools In Queensland must be   Registered with the Pool Safety Council and Must also have a Pool Compliance Certificate. Independent Inspections are registered to provide Pool Safety Certificates

 Your seven step action plan to ensure your pool barrier complies.

1. Ensure that the gate has been adjusted to be self closing.
2. Sheild or remove climbable objests within 900 millimeters of the pool safety barrier.
3. Trim back branches that a child could climb over.
4. Remove climbable objects from the surrounding area.
5. Ensure that the pool safety barrier height is 1200 millimeters from bottom to top.
6. Ensure that adjoining boundary fences do not have climbable rails.
7. Ensure the Latest Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Signage (CPR) Signage adopted by the Pool Safety Council.
